Based around the ideas and perceptions of void, or a gap in comprehension, the Middle-Eastern-inspired
Screen is made from more than 1800 pieces of recycled or unused glass on edge, dangerously supported on clear glass rods. The Screen acts as both surface and frame, separator and communicator.

Part of the 2001 exhibition, Touching the Void: Glass Sculpture and Architectural Glass by Henry Amos, it mixes sleight of hand with fun to try and find some fresh, succinct, insight into the nature of edge and enclosure
