Refund policy

Returns

We hope you love your Pigeon piece.

If it isn’t quite right, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In their original condition

  • Returned in original packaging

  • Free from signs of wear, damage or alteration

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear.

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.

To request a return, please email arabellaalexia@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery, quoting your order number.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and your order number.

We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
